Brand aware content

Feature Request

like if we are a plumbing service provider in a certain region, and we ask for content, the content should be aware of our brand's name so it could name drop here and there. "Like we at XYZ plumbing services have been implementing this for a while"

    We've released the Brands feature to address this issue. We'll be working on refining it.

    We've been working on the new Brands feature, to exactly address this issue.

    It's still in Beta but you can already try it and give me feedback.

    Can you try to use the Custom Instructions for that? And let me know if it works.

      Afonso Matos: the custom instructions seem to be more like tonality and other things, but let me try again with the command of asking the bot to mention the brand's name here and there
