Integration of your own OpenAI API key

Feature Request

Not sure which GPT models are used right now, but maybe you can add the option to add your own API key so that we can select the model - for example GPT-4 or GPT-4-Turbo.

    Too bad; SEO writer allows this, and the top-tier model they allow you to use (with OpenAI integration) create really good text.

    I'm going to close this, because Journalist does not solely rely on OpenAI, so it would make cost calculation really difficult.

    We want to rely on different models to do different things, so this is not going to work.
