Proper Markdown Formatting

Feature Request

Just downloaded a file in markdown, but - it is not proper markdown. We can talk about tables and stuff ,but the way both, the actual title (text next line full of ===) and the second title layer (text, next line ---) is not markdown. Markdown should have # and ## - at least this is what my formatters all expect.

    Seems there are two styles in markdown for the heading:

    ATX

    SETEXT

    I'm also used to the first one, so I've changed this internally.

      Afonso Matos: It is not only a used to - those of us that i.e. run the generated article through further AI processing…. the style used so far is bad on the token count ;)
