Overview

Each project has one SEO Report at /dashboard/report after you connect Google Search Console. Organization branding for all shared reports is set under Organization β†’ Whitelabeled Reports (/dashboard/account/whitelabeled-reports): logo, accent color, and an optional custom domain (CNAME to reports.arvow.com). Creating multiple named reports is legacy only.

Open Your Project SEO Report

  1. Open the project you want to report on.

  2. Connect Google Search Console for that project (grant the required permissions and select the GSC property).

  3. Open the project's SEO Report at /dashboard/report.

Set Organization White-label Branding

Branding applies at the organization level to all shared reports:

  1. Go to Organization β†’ Whitelabeled Reports (/dashboard/account/whitelabeled-reports).

  2. Upload your logo.

  3. Choose your accent (brand) color.

  4. Save your changes.

Shared report links use this branding.

Using a Custom Domain (White Label)

You can serve shared reports from your own domain for a fully white-labeled experience.

  1. In Organization β†’ Whitelabeled Reports, add your custom domain.

  2. In your domain's DNS settings, add a CNAME record pointing to:

reports.arvow.com
  1. Save your DNS changes and update the domain in Arvow.

πŸ“˜ Once configured, your shared reports will be accessible via your custom domain with your organization branding.

FAQs

Q: Which Google account do I need to connect?
Connect the Google account that has access to the project's Google Search Console property.

Q: Can I create reports for multiple clients?
Yes. Use one project (and its SEO Report) per client, plus organization-level white-label branding under Whitelabeled Reports. Do not create many named reports β€” that flow is legacy only.

Q: Do I need technical access to set up a custom domain?
Yes, you'll need access to your domain's DNS settings to add the CNAME record pointing to reports.arvow.com.
